• We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead this ambitious initiative.

Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will own the execution of the tax filing e-filing SaaS project from planning through launch. You’ll work closely with our technical, accounting, and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Coordinate between developers, accountants, compliance officers, and external partners.
• Manage sprints, task prioritization, and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the platform meets revenue agency regulatory standards (RC17, Netfile) and data security requirements.
• Drive agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives).

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in project management for SaaS, FinTech, or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Familiarity with RC17 or financial compliance software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar).
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is an asset.
