We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and traditional marketing campaigns. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that achieve business goals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and develop marketing strategies
  • Manage social media channels to engage with customers, grow audience, and promote brand awareness
  • Plan, schedule, and analyze social media content performance using tools
  • Create and manage content, such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, graphics, and videos
  • Execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as media outlets, influencers, and partners
  • Monitor and measure marketing results, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and marketing software
About You

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field, such as Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, or Digital Media or related fields.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, including digital marketing and social media management

  3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  4. Ready to take responsibilities , be accountable and open minded
