TAKE ET Trading plc is local SME manufacturing company producing a high end leather fashion accessories like bags, home and office accessories and shoes for both local and international market with the brand name Root in Style.

We are looking for a motivated marketing manager and digital manager for our brand that will positioned our brand properly, increase our market share and a hardworking person who loves working with emerging brand and grow together.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The candidate duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to
• Designing company’s both local and Export marketing strategic plans and reviews;
• preparing and completing action plans; design customer-service standards; market research, resolving problems;
• Develop short and long term marketing strategies, sales goals, objectives and plans
• Creating promotional information to drive business.
• Coordinating multiple channels of marketing strategies.
• Managing budgets for marketing campaigns.
• Planning, implementing and Directing social media strategies
• Coming up with new and creative ways to promote products and drive sales.
• Devise a system that ensures customers are satisfied with the quality of the product and customer service rendered
• Play a key role in realizing the digital presence and sound representation of the company
• Continuously develop and nurture the company’s brand both locally and abroad
• Develop a business plan to acquire corporate and individual customers.
• Plan, and implement a strategy for acquiring export customers abroad
• Prepare and present a summarized report of the marketing department monthly.
• Present the marketing progress on weekly meeting to evaluate weekly performance of the department.
• Manager the brand digital presence in social media and also managing the company website sales track.

•  2 Years for MA and more than 5 years for BA holders, with having a leading position experience and branding of local products on senior position.
• A Track record of working on local manufactured products to export market searching will be preferable.

• The candidate should be an outgoing, who thrives on influencing and persuading others in business, to handle the marketing of our products.
• The candidate should be able to represent the company in different meetings which requires a fluent in English language and have able to communicate and pitch our company well.
• The candidate shall have an experience in managing a Marketing plan, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
• Additional knowledge of adobe Photoshop & illustrator is preferred.
