Position: Marketing and Sales Manager

About the role:

Shirshir Business Group PLC are looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager who drives the business growth by developing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales volume, and market share. Key duties include setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, leading marketing/sales teams, and managing campaigns to enhance profitability. The marketing/sales Manager also expected to have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales plans to meet or exceed company revenue goals.
  • Market Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage marketing and sales staff, ensuring high performance.
  • Campaign Management: Design and implement promotional activities, advertising, and marketing materials.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare annual budgets, manage expenditures, and analyze performance metrics (ROI, KPIs).
About You

Qualification and Skills

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Data analysis, CRM software, and digital marketing knowledge skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Problem solving skills

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, with a proven track record of driving growth.
