This full-time, Senior Executive (C Level) position is office-based in Addis Ababa and involves overseeing maternity services while collaborating with healthcare teams. Requirement:
- Graduate from Recognized institution By BSc midwifery.
- License is mandatory Senior midwife Professional.
- All Computer skill.
- English language is proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of maternity care services, ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pregnant women and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to patients, ensuring safety and well-being.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for mothers and newborns.
- Develop and implement educational programs for expectant mothers on childbirth and parenting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of maternity services to improve patient care.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Engage with community partners to promote maternal health initiatives.
- Participate in research and quality improvement projects to enhance hospital services.
