The Operation Quality Audit Division Head is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality within the Engineering sector at Gift Business Group. This full-time, senior-level position requires a proactive leader with 5-8 years of experience to oversee quality audits and implement improvement initiatives. The role is based in an office setting in Addis Ababa and involves collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Operation Quality Audit Division to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality audit strategies and frameworks tailored to engineering operations.
- Coordinate audit schedules and ensure timely completion of quality assessments.
- Analyze audit findings and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
