We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our business processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational success. Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy:

•  Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
• Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.

Team Leadership:

•  Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing operations team.
•  Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:

•  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Supply Chain Management:

•  Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.

Project Management:

• Coordinate and prioritize projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Risk Management:

•  Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
•  Implement robust risk management processes to safeguard business operations.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
•  Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably in the software development and supply industry.
•  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•  Familiarity with industry best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
•  Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
