- Leads and coordinates district-wide resource mobilization and customer service efforts. Develops and executes resource mobilization strategies to achieve targets. Manages and supports branch performance, conducts market analysis, and ensures customer satisfaction.
About You
Required Qualification:
MSC, MA, BSC, BA Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or other related fields of studies.
Required Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (2) Years as Senior Customer Services Officer or relevant position.
