About the Job
The Role
As a Production Shift Leader you will make workers perform a variety of tasks from receiving fresh milk to finished products. You will keep the daily operation of production and giving direction and controlling every production activity of workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily operations and production flow
- Planning the worker’s shift rotation
- Workers’ performance and improvement plan
- Daily reporting
- Reporting technical concerns to the supervisor
- Daily reporting about incidents of the last 24 hours
- Perform the production plan for the coming 24 hours.
- Make sure the job is handed over properly to the next shift
- Have the responsibility to report problem(s) with regards to the FSMS to identified person(s)
About You
- BSc Degree Dairy technology, food science or related fields
- More than 2 years’ experience in dairy
- Good communication skills
- Energetic and passionate to learn more.
- Committed to deadlines
