Job Description
- Preparing account payables and account receivables accurately
- Preparing payments and issuing invoice
- Preparing monthly financial report and reconciliation to MOFEC
- Prepare donor related quarterly general ledger reports.
- Prepares donor related journal entries and account reconciliations and maintains supporting documents
- Reviews and maintains general ledger accounts.
- Proper filing of project financial documents
- Maintain proper Budget control
- Assists donor related tasks such as internal and external audits, monitoring and evaluations and special requests.

Job Requirements
- Education and Work Experience:
- Masters or BA degree in accounting, economics, Business or related field
- 7 years and Bachelor | 5 years and Masters
- Knowledge of Donors rules & regulations and financial implementation manuals
- Knowledge of tax laws
- Knowledge of Payroll preparation
- Knowledge of donor financial reporting procedures &formats
- Accuracy and organization
- Attention to details
- IFMIS Proficiency
- Able to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
