DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plans, organizes and manages assigned shop maintenance activities.
2. Supervise, and coaches service staff to improve efficiency & quality of service
3. Inspects equipment to support maintenance activities.
4. Responsible to get equipment repaired and maintained timely and with the expected level of quality.
Job Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Bachelor degree or advanced diploma in Mechanical, Automotive or related Engineering field
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of Four years’ work experience for Bachelor degree and Eight years for advanced diploma holders, in maintenance and repair of construction equipment, out of which a minimum of One year supervisory experience.
