About Chromepay

Chromepay is a startup that fosters improved financial service delivery and access for customers of financial institutions. Through the Bruh ID, our digital onboarding solution, we allow these institutions to digitally onboard farmers and existing farmers, digitize existing paper records, access loan management, and savings management. Summary Chromepay seeks project managers in overseeing the implementation of its system within cooperatives and unions in Adama. In addition to this, the project manager will be responsible for community capacity building, organizing workshops and stakeholder meetings, and reporting platform performance to the appropriate departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success of new and existing clients
• Be available to travel at least 5 days a week to oversee cooperative and union activities
• Manage communication between the cooperatives, unions, and Chromepay
• Assist with setting up of technology that will be used by institutions
• Training cooperative branches and unions
• Identify gaps and propose solutions to address them
• Assist team members in resolving any technical and non-technical problems that may arise before sendingthe issues to headquarters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Software Engineering or any otherrelated fields
• Experience in project coordination or management in the areas of client support for the piloting or rolloutof technology based operations is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English,Amharic and Oromifa
• Ability lead and train individuals
