Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project and Marketing Manager to join our team in
the Food and Beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and
implementing marketing strategies, managing projects, and ensuring the successful execution of
initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall business growth
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including digital and traditional materials.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve optimal results.
Brand Management:
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand values and messaging.
- Develop and implement brand-building initiatives to strengthen brand equity.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve online presence and drive website traffic.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns for better performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster effective communication within the marketing team and across other departments.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project and marketing performance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and works in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
Experiance :A minimum of 5 years proven experience in project management and marketing roles.
