Job Requirements:
- BA/ Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management, Hotel Operation, Management or any related filed.
- Having two and more than years’ work experience in an international Hotel (4*5*) by reservation supervisor or reservation agent
- Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of opera system, Expedia, Booking engine
- Excellent skill in computer usage, working experience in outlook and email handling
- Good Command of English and knowing other language is advantageous
- The successful candidate is likely to have a passion for customer service and interpersonal communication skill
- Detail Knowledge on online travel agent (OTA’S)
