Job Description

Purpose:

  • Under the Direct guidance of Rewards, Organizational Design & International Assignee Manager to handle International Assignee/Short Term Assignees visa, work permit, residence ID, housing, bank account creation and related processes, Act as purchase request creator of the function, support the function in administrative works, organize wellness programs in the company, handle employees’ insurances.

Main Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Follow up International Assignee related activities such as visa, work permit, residence ID, housing, bank account creation and related processes in collaboration with the assigned agency.
  • Handle all employees’ insurance matter such timely insuring, renewing employee, notify accident, claim damage.
  • Execute wellness program in the company and follow up proper implementations across business entities.
  • Act as Purchase request creator of the function.
  • Support the Payroll manager and the Compensation & Benefit manager up on request.
  •  Any other Duties related to Compensation & Benefit that is requested by Management.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

  • BA Degree in Accounting or Management.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related filed.
