It uses a state-of-the-art laboratory facility equipped with the latest technologies to provide accurate, reliable and timely patient results with reasonable pricing model. This JV Diagnostic Laboratory Center (JV DLC) was established and operated under the Joint Venture Engagement of Millennium Healthcare Enterprise and Retina Pharmaceuticals. It strives to maximize reasonable revenues while also maximizing positive health impacts on the community and the environment. The JV DLC will offer a comprehensive range of services for patients, researchers and academicians and will contribute to meet the unmet need of the healthcare system in the country.

Job Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, a strong understanding of marketing principles and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare services, possesses a deep understanding of the diagnostic laboratory industry and strives for the growth and success of the Joint Venture Diagnostic Laboratory Center.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Strengthen and protect the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activities, and identify emerging trends.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and marketing materials.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and influencers to generate publicity and media coverage.
  • Provide marketing support to the sales team, including sales collateral, training materials, and lead generation activities.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Initiate strong relationships with healthcare service providers to promote our latest offerings and secure partnerships.
  • Set, determine, and strive to achieve the organization’s sales goals through effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of our diagnostic village.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on competitors and ensuring that our marketing efforts stay ahead in the market.
  • Identify new market segments and opportunities for growth, guiding the company’s expansion efforts into untapped territories.
  • Represent diagnostic village at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, networking with key stakeholders and showcasing our products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic laboratory industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
