Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the sales and marketing strategy for the pre-opening and operational phases of the premium serviced-apartment and hotel-apartment business. The role focuses on revenue generation, brand positioning, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
• Identify and secure corporate clients, travel agencies, and long-stay customers
• Build and maintain strong business relationships

Marketing & Brand Management

• Develop marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
• Manage social media platforms and online presence
• Coordinate promotional activities and brand positioning

Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Adjust strategies based on market trends

Pre-Opening Activities

• Support branding and launch campaigns
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure service-market alignment

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is highly preferred
• Proven track record in revenue growth and client acquisition
