Job Discerption

The Senior Analytics Officer will collaborate with various departments to enhance data-driven strategies and improve overall business performance. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights from various data sources, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities At EthSwitch, the primary objective of the position is to help the design and execution of key initiatives in the digital payment industry by working in analytical roles at the National Payment Switch of Ethiopia, which uses the management consulting model. The main responsibilities include recognizing challenges, organizing problems carrying out different types of analysis, and offering innovative solutions to both public and private players in the digital payment ecosystem market.

• BA/MA/MBA/MSc in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems or related fields
• 7/5 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in officer position

• Competence in MS Office and Competency framework, Programming and critical
• Required Number 1 (One)
