Job Description

• Prepare the plan for education, training issues for short and long term and implement when approved
• Prepare the education, training and public mobilization manuals in accordance with world anti-doping education and information guidelines and summarize timely
• Select titles for anti-doping training and awareness creation
• Carry out the public awareness campaigns each level  in order to inform the public on the health risks, psychological and social problems and implement the same
• Prepare training documents
• Carry out different common discussion on the short, medium and long terms trainings regarding doping for athlete and sports professionals, leadership, medical professionals, media and other stakeholders in order to equipped the sport family and public awareness
• Render training on national and international anti-doping rule and standards, carry out awareness creation activities
• Evaluate the training and future improvements, prepare report to the nearest supervisor for future improvement
• Cooperate with FDRE Ministry of Education and other concerned bodies to ensure awareness creation regarding doping and  include in regular curriculum and make the necessary monitoring and support
• Record and transmit the education, training and R and S works

Handle all other activities assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

·         Degree in Leadership, economics, school management, graduation in other fields of study depending on the sector ·         Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
