Job Summary
A Senior Internal Medicine Specialist is responsible for providing advanced medical care to adult patients, managing complex health conditions, supervising junior medical staff, and contributing to clinical decision-making and hospital operations. The role requires deep expertise in Internal Medicine and strong leadership in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic illnesses (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, infections).
Manage patients with multiple or complex medical conditions.
Conduct thorough medical assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (lab work, imaging, etc.).
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Provide inpatient and outpatient care.
Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and medical interns.
Collaborate with other specialists for multidisciplinary care.
Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and quality standards.
Participate in hospital committees, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree.
Specialization in Internal Medicine.
Board certification or equivalent specialist recognition.
Minimum of 1–3years of clinical experience (post-specialization).
Valid medical license to practice.
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills .
