Job Overview:
As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will take a leading role in both back-end and front-end development, including creating, customizing, and optimizing WordPress themes and plugins. You will work closely with our design and development teams to build visually appealing and highly functional websites, ensuring best practices in performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and customization of WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client needs and business goals.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and availability of WordPress sites, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate complex designs into responsive, interactive, and user-friendly websites.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced website issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our solutions competitive and innovative.
• Implement and enforce WordPress security best practices, proactively identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive website performance tests, analyze metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and training to the team and clients.
• Lead code reviews and ensure the use of best coding practices across all WordPress projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Senior WordPress Developer or in a similar senior development role.
• Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
