The Role Summary:

• Working with the team, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating, directing and controlling various resources (HR, brewing ingredients & machinery), Cellar, filtration and brewing process to maintain the required quality of product efficiently and effectively under her/his shift.
• Monitor the brewing processes and adjust equipment as required
• Monitor the filtration and fermentation processes and adjust equipment as required
• Design and revise the necessary templates for data recording purposes
• Guide& supervise operators in the data recording process & ensure its accuracy
• Make sure the shift is equipped with all the necessary manpower
• Plan out weekly working shift schedules
• Advise on simplifying process operation.

The Person:

This role requires an experienced Shift Brewing Manager, who will have the opportunity to develop his/her career further within a very progressive Learning and Development environment, in a dynamic and exciting work environment. B.Sc. Degree in Food Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Brewing Industry.
