About the Job

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Expert for a short-term, intensive one-month project to overhaul, structure, and reconcile our inventory across two main warehouse locations (Fortune Warehouse and Behrawi medium Warehouse). The primary goal is to transform our storage spaces into traceable, controllable, and audit-ready environments.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

The consultant will execute our 6-step physical inventory methodology:

  1. Sorting & Cleaning: Prepare the warehouses and categorize items by condition (Active, Damaged, Obsolete, Expired, etc.).
  2. Classification & Zoning: Organize items into designated main categories (IT, Office Furniture, Stationery, Archives, etc.) and establish specific warehouse zoning systems.
  3. Shelf Coding & Tagging: Implement a standardized shelf coding system and manually tag assets using our mandatory alphanumeric tag format.
  4. Archive File Management: Sort and code sensitive company archives (HR, Finance, Legal, Tax) into locked, dust-free storage according to strict retention rules.
  5. Physical Counting & Reporting: Complete comprehensive inventory count sheets and deliver an obsolete stock listing, an archive register, and a final financial reconciliation report.

Duration: 1 Month (Full-time)

Locations: Fortune Warehouse & Behrawi Warehouse

Closing Date: 10 days

About You

Minimum Internal Audit Deliverables

At the end of the 1-month contract, the consultant must hand over:

  • Fully tagged inventory and clearly zoned warehouses.
  • Completed Inventory Count Sheets and Shelf Coding maps.
  • Comprehensive Archive Register.
  • Final Obsolete Stock Listing and Financial Reconciliation Report.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years of Proven experience in warehouse management, or asset auditing.
  • Strong capability in physical labor (sorting, tagging) combined with analytical reporting skills.
  • Experience with asset tracking systems, alphanumeric coding, and manual tagging methods.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail regarding sensitive archive documents.
