Mon Real Estate is growing — and we are looking for creative, driven professionals to help shape our brand and tell our story. Real estate experience is a strong advantage, but passion, craft, and a sharp eye for quality matter most. We are currently hiring for the Social Media Manager position.

You will own Mon Real Estate’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube — building community, growing reach, and driving qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars across all platforms.
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and community management.
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters on campaign rollouts.
  • Run paid social campaigns (hands-on Meta Ads experience preferred).
  • Track performance and report on KPIs — reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Stay current with platform trends and audience behavior.

Place of Work: Mon Real Estate Head Office, Ayer Tena, Addis Ababa

About You

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, HubSpot, or digital marketing are a strong plus.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing brand or business social media accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of Ethiopian and diaspora audiences.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Real estate or property-sector experience is an advantage.
