Shadow Teacher – Special Needs Students

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist students with classroom participation, learning activities, and social development.
• Work closely with classroom teachers and parents to support the student’s individual needs.
• Help students develop independence, confidence, and positive behavior.
• Monitor and communicate students’ progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Needs Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is an advantage.
• Fresh Psychology graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Patient, caring, responsible, and compassionate personality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
