About the Job

Position: Storekeeper (Hotel & Apartment)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming and existing
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movement (receiving, issuing, and balance)
  • Issue materials and supplies to different departments based on approved requests
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with records
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area
  • Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports for management
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance departments for stock control
  • Assist in minimizing wastage and operational losses
  • Ensure proper labeling and arrangement of all stored items
About You

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any of business related field
  • Previous experience in hotel or apartment storekeeping is preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity
