Position: Storekeeper (Hotel & Apartment)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming and existing
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement (receiving, issuing, and balance)
- Issue materials and supplies to different departments based on approved requests
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with records
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area
- Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports for management
- Coordinate with procurement and finance departments for stock control
- Assist in minimizing wastage and operational losses
- Ensure proper labeling and arrangement of all stored items
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any of business related field
- Previous experience in hotel or apartment storekeeping is preferred
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
