Expanded Duties and Tasks:
- Innovative Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment campaigns that utilize social media, advanced analytics, and networking to tap into both active and passive talent pools.
- Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on creating a positive, engaging experience for every candidate.
- Employer Branding: Act as the face of our organization, promoting our vibrant culture and multi-faceted business operations to attract dynamic professionals from varied sectors.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with hiring managers from diverse business units to understand unique talent needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with recruitment tools and innovative sourcing techniques.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Requirement: A minimum of 4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition to ensure strategic alignment with our multi-industry operations.
