- Corresponding with clients regarding tour enquiries.
- Itinerary planning and making cost calculations.
- Preparing detailed itineraries.
- Making reservations for accommodation and flights for confirmed tours.
- Planning transport, drivers, escort guides, chefs, etc for upcoming tours.
- Informing agents about required services for upcoming tours.
- Monitoring progress of tours and collecting feedback.
- Incidentally meet and greet clients.
Job Requirements
- Degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business or relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years working experience as a tour operator/ travel consultant.
- Excellent computer literacy, advanced knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, organizational, people management and analytical skills.
- Strong commitment to the company and its values.
- Candidates with travel experience within Ethiopia will be preferred.
