Job Description

  • Corresponding with clients regarding tour enquiries.
  • Itinerary planning and making cost calculations.
  • Preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Making reservations for accommodation and flights for confirmed tours.
  • Planning transport, drivers, escort guides, chefs, etc for upcoming tours.
  • Informing agents about required services for upcoming tours.
  • Monitoring progress of tours and collecting feedback.
  • Incidentally meet and greet clients.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business or relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience as a tour operator/ travel consultant.
  • Excellent computer literacy, advanced knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team of diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, people management and analytical skills.
  • Strong commitment to the company and its values.
  • Candidates with travel experience within Ethiopia will be preferred.
