Purpose of the Job:
The role of Trainee Barista is a learning role in which the job holder will learn the rope of making hot/cold beverages and closely aid senior professionals in running the Corporate café.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders.
- Provide necessary assistance in preparing hot and cold beverages.
- Assist in collection of cash and payments from customers.
- Assist in procurement of materials required for the café.
- Support in management of stock materials, supplies and working equipment’s.
- Ensure cleanness of working area, equipment’s and utensils.
- Perform in other duties per instruction of line manager.
About You
Job Qualifications
- Education Qualification: Level II or III in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Preparation (culinary) and in other similar disciplines.
- Work Experience: No work experience is required for the position.
- Candidate who resides in Haile Garment, Lafto and in other nearby areas are preferred for the position.
