Core Responsibilities
- Fleet Operations: Oversee daily vehicle scheduling, dispatch, route planning, and logistics efficiency.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Design and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
- Staff Supervision: Manage and evaluate drivers, mechanics, and maintenance technicians.
- Cost & Budget Control: Track fuel consumption, manage spare parts inventory, and optimize operating budgets.

About You
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Transport Management.
Work experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or transport administration (requiring 5–7 years in a leadership or senior role).
