- Able to type letters, send staff to-do lists
- Able to run errands
- Able to give daily summary to General Manager
- Participate in monthly training sessions to make sure the staff is as up-to-date as possible
By Contract,
- Initially a 45-day trial period then a 2-year contract
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English
- Working knowledge of Google Drive
- Able to typing quickly
- Valid Driver’s License Preferred
- 2-5 years work experience as an assistant or secretary
