Purpose of the job

The “Draft outlet quality controller” is responsible for:

• Confirming the quality of the draft in the different outlet of the country
• Controlling that all the outlet is using the proper equipment for the draft dispensing
• Controlling that the maintenance is made properly on all the equipment for draft dispensing
• Confirming that the cleaning of the draft machine is made properly

Main duties & responsibilities

• Contact the outlet to confirm appointment according to the monthly schedule
• Visit at least 2 outlets every day
• Fill the control check list for each outlet + take the appropriate pictures
• Conduct all the analysis on the beer (haze, Foam, CO2, tasting, pH, conductivity, etc.…)
• Confirm that the equipment is properly maintained
• Make a wonderful cleaning of the machine with the ORMTP machine
• Be able to dismantle and to clean the tap and the dispensing head
• Discuss with the outlet owner to confirm that there is no problem (if so, report it in the visit report)
• Fill the visit report form and send it to his hierarchy
• Proper handling of the allowed company Car.
• Submit monthly report on activities and trends on draught quality by area and highlight common issues needing attention.

Required qualification:

• Minimum BSC degree in Chemistry or related field of study and minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.

Required Skill:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driving license and driving experience.
• Report Writing & Presentation skill
• MS Office Competency
