Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Shipment Monitoring: Systematically tracking the shipment’s loading onto the aircraft, its arrival at the destination, and the time of delivery to the recipient.
- Information Provision: Promptly updating customers on the shipment status, estimated arrival time, or any potential delays.
- Problem Solving: Quickly addressing and resolving issues that arise during transit, such as customs delays, routing errors, or other unforeseen complications.
- Documentation: Verifying the accuracy of shipment-related documents (AWB, Invoice, Packing List), handling pre-clearance procedures, and expediting special permits for perishable or urgent goods.
About You
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or Statistics
- 3 years of work experience
- Holds a Customs license
