Job Description

1.   Ensure that sales are being delivered according to standards set by the Trading Business unit as well as by the company.

2.    Build the structured selling capabilities, ensure sales representatives execute the structured call with every customer, use the selling tools effectively and are proficient using the persuasive selling structure

3.    Ensure all sales representatives capture and maintain all relevant customer data on CRM system on daily basis and holds responsibility for the data quality within your territory.

4.    Map potential customers and generate leads to generate new sales opportunities for the company.

5.    Present sales, revenue, and activity reports to the management team.

6.    Lead the sales team members to ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures and monitor and evaluate the overall sales performance.

7.    Monitor all sales transactions, review all customer responses for all orders and payments, and resolve all customer issues.

8.    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and meeting their expectations.

9.    Oversee all customer requirements and requests are appropriately and promptly responded to.

10. Review and analyze sales performance trends and devise ways to increase the market share.

13. Supervise, lead, coach, and support sales staff members to enable them to achieve their sales goals and objectives.

14. Handle customers’ complaints and comments.

15. Appraise the performance of the sales team and individual members.

16. Identify training needs of sales reps and provide on-the-job training or coordinate with the concerned body to provide training programs.

17. Cascade Territory’s’ annual business plans into quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans.

18. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports showing performance targets and accomplishments, and recommendations on the way forward.

19. Manage performance review meetings and take appropriate measures to improve performance.

20.Performs other duties assigned by the TBUD or higher officers and on demand bases must be able to work after working hours, weekends and holidays

Job Requirements

Education: B. A degree in the business field of studies, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of studies.

Experience: 3 years or more in Sales & Marketing positions

Ø  Understanding of accounting or finance

Ø  Strong business sense and industry expertise

Ø  Previous experience in use of CRM tools

Ø  Valid driving license
