Job Description

  • Supervise operation and dispatching sales orders to ensure loading.
  • Manage loading and departure timing.
  • Record daily loading, return, and crate handling information and prepare daily report.
  • Check the actual loading quantity with a sales order.
  • Responsible for collecting bank slips daily from drivers and handover and reconciling these slips with finance (cashier)
  • Manage crate handling, reconcile the outstanding balance with storekeepers daily, and ensure the return of crates.
  • Manage return handling, and make sure all the returns are collected based on the standard and required information.
  • Check and send the requested return based on given procedures to storekeepers.
  • Make sure the cleanness of trucks after each sales delivery.
  • Work closely with safety and quality personnel to manage quality issues.
  • Follow the maintenance procedure and prepare maintenance requests to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure proper fuel requests, record KM, refuel the trucks every two days and send consumption reports.
  • Work closely with finance/cashier, logistics/ safety, quality, and technical departments to optimize sales distribution operations.
  • Meet personal and department targets.
  • Other activities as assigned by the distribution manager.

Job Requirements

BA Degree/Diploma in Logistics & Supply chain Management or related filed.

More than 3 years of experience in FMCG.

Must have good Communication and Problem-Solving skill.
