About the Job
The Dr. Ambachew Mekonnen Foundation (AMF) invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for revising its organizational by-law and Strategic Policy Manual (SPM) as part of its ongoing capacity development under the project “Empowerment and Economic Justice for Rural Women in Tach Gaint Woreda.” The assignment includes an optional review of selected internal policies/manuals (e.g. HR, finance, advocacy).
Key Objectives
- Align AMF’s by-law with Ethiopian CSO legal standards.
- Strengthen the SPM to reflect current and future institutional goals.
- Optionally review selected internal manuals for consistency and improvement.
About You
Eligibility Criteria
- 5+ years’ experience in CSO policy/governance consulting
- Knowledge of Ethiopian CSO Proclamation & compliance
- Strong participatory assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to deliver in English and Amharic
