Major duties and responsibilities of Document and record officer
- Document and Record Management Officer establishes and implements the Company’s document
- Operating within the structure of the Cabinet, the duties and responsibilities of the Document and Record Management Officer are as follows:
- Establish and implement the policies and procedures for the registration, filing and archiving of documents;
- Coordinate the implementation of the company for the implementation of the document and record management system;
- Design, document and maintain document templates, filing plans
- Manage and monitor the documents and records stored in the system;
- Inform and train document management system users by managing the rollout
- Participate in the analysis and improvement of business processes and modeling of automated document-based workflows

Job Requirements
Qualification Diploma or Degree in Documentation and Recording, Administration, Management, IT or related field of studies
Experience፡ 5 years and above
Experience in a Business firm is preferable
