Position Title : Driver

Division : HR & GS

Reporting to : HR & GS Officer

Job Summary/Main Purpose

Driver is responsible to drives vehicles with a maximum of 60 seats and trucks with trailers; handles vehicles properly according to the Company’s rules and procedures..

Main Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of HR & GS Department, the Driver shall carry out the following duties:

• Carry out payments and other services needing transportation.
• In coordination with the General Service section, take care of Delegation vehicles.
• Regularly maintain and verify the proper service car conditions
• Being responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, checking oil, Water, battery, tires, etc.
• Cleaning of vehicles inside and outside when Conditions permits.
• Performing minor servicing & maintenance of the car.
• Installing and removing tire as required.
• Reporting defects and repairs needed to vehicles.
• Completing log books and records detailing official trips, daily mileages, petrol Consumption, oil changes, etc.
• Completing of accident reports when required.
• Receiving official visitors at the airport, clearly identifying themselves as representing Julphar.
• Demonstrate minor purchasing activity
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and able to work in a multi ethnical / cultural environment;
• Commitment to assure quality, speed and accuracy in performing her/his duties;
• lift and carry materials and light equipment;
• Observes strictly traffic rules and regulations; ensures safe driving at all time.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor

• Grade-5/Public-2 driving license and Finance five (5) years’ of work experience in public transport.
