About the Job
  • Serve as the on-site contact and company representative during events as needed
  • Attend planned events, other events as determined by the Sales Manager
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy strategically plans daily/weekly/monthly schedule in order to maximize return on time investment and meet and exceed performance targets
  • Sells and markets to external markets which may encompass corporate events/meetings/trainings, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and personal milestone events
  • Maximizes tournament revenues to meet and exceed sales goals and budgets through the sale of groups of 20 players or more and increase yield through effective negotiation of tournament product and tee time utilization
  • Must have ability to work multiple events with multiple conference themes & pricing strategies
  • Daily duties are outbound calls to potential attendees from Past Attendee Lists & supplemental lists provided by Marketing Department
  • Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records and completes required documentation required for each individual event sale
  • Audits registration list(s) for preparation of individual event sales tracking report
  • Prepare weekly tracking report with call history & event pass sales revenues
About You

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing Management/Hospitality/Tourism management or related field.

Minimum 2+ years’ work experience in hospitality industry, event related positions

Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Hardworking attitude and good coordination ability

Excellent communication both written and oral in English

Good Computer literacy (Microsoft applications)

Requirement Skill
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
