Job Summary
The Executive Manager will provide strategic leadership, oversee organizational operations, strengthen partnerships, and ensure effective implementation of Evergreen Coffee’s programs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for Green Coffee
- Develop and implement organizational strategies, plans, and growth initiatives
- Lead partnerships, business development, and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee financial management, administration, and operational performance
- Build strong relationships with coffee industry stakeholders, institutions, and partners
- Manage team performance and promote a culture of excellence
- Represent Green Coffee in external meetings and industry forums
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Development Studies, Coffee Sector, or related fields
- Minimum 5–8 years of management experience
- Experience in training institutions, SMEs, entrepreneurship, or value chain development preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and partnership-building skills
- Knowledge of the Ethiopian coffee sector is an advantage
