Mon Real Estate is growing — and we are looking for creative, driven professionals to help shape our brand and tell our story. Real estate experience is a strong advantage, but passion, craft, and a sharp eye for quality matter most. We are currently hiring for the Graphics Designer position.
You will create visual assets that bring our properties and brand to life — from social media creatives and brochures to billboards and digital advertisements.
Responsibilities
- Design social media graphics, banners, and ad creatives across platforms.
- Create marketing collateral — brochures, flyers, presentations, and signage.
- Edit property photography and produce high-quality listing visuals.
- Maintain visual consistency aligned with Mon Real Estate brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content and social media teammates on integrated campaigns.
Place of Work: Mon Real Estate Head Office, Ayer Tena, Addis Ababa

About You
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX, or motion graphics are a plus.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Figma is a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, and composition skills.
- Eye for clean, modern, real-estate-appropriate aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Real estate or property marketing experience is an advantage.
