Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized System Administrator responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving data within the company’s systems. The role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of customer, campaign, sales, and operational data. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting business decisions, and ensuring that all information entered into the system meets company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and approve data entered into company systems and databases.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer, sales, and marketing-related data.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to validate campaign data, customer records, leads, and performance reports.
Monitor data quality and identify errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
Maintain and manage user access, permissions, and data security within the system.
Generate, review, and distribute reports to support marketing and business operations.
Track data updates, changes, and approvals while maintaining proper documentation.
Coordinate with different departments to verify submitted information before approval.
Support data collection, reporting, and analysis activities for marketing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data management and confidentiality.
Provide guidance to users on proper data entry procedures and system usage.
Assist in improving processes that enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data administration, system management, reporting, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, databases, and reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail and data verification skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly the Marketing Department.
