Role and responsibilities of a Head of Supply Chain

• Develop and implement a supply chain strategy aligned with trading objectives.
• Forecast demand and plan procurement, inventory, and distribution accordingly.
• Balance cost efficiency with service reliability.
• Oversee sourcing of agri products, livestock, automotive parts, or other traded goods.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, farmers, OEMs, and distributors.
