About the Job
The Housekeeping Supervisor enforces pristine cleaning, turndown standards, and structural detailing across all apartments units, common spaces/Lobby, Staff canteen, parking lots, Laundry, Roof top and VIP floors to deliver walk-in perfection daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce meticulous room-detailing standards, ensuring personalized guest preferences (turndown styles, premium linen layout, and luxury amenity staging) executed flawlessly before arrival.
- Inspect apartments and common areas daily to preserve elite luxury aesthetic guidelines.
- Manage, train, schedule, and assign daily tasks to attendants and public space cleaners across the luxury property.
- Control asset logs for high-end fabrics, luxury linen cycles, cleaning chemistries, and guest consumable inventory.
About You
About You
Education: Diploma or specialized certificate in Housekeeping service, Laundry Service, Hotel service or Hotel Operation.
Experience: Minimum 1and above years of housekeeping supervisor experience in a star rated hotel or luxury serviced apartment resort or chain hotels.
Required Skills
- SOP Enforcement: Monitoring and enforcing strict room-cleaning sequences, deep-cleaning schedules, and evening turndown standards.
- Chemical Safety Competence: Managing the safe dilution, storage, and application of cleaning chemicals according to safety sheets.
- Inventory & Par Control: Conducting accurate weekly and monthly counts of linens, amenities, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
- PMS Proficiency: Utilizing Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera) to update room statuses (Clean/Dirty/Inspected) in real time.
- Attention to detail (Strict eye for luxury aesthetics)
