About the Job
The Security Officer delivers strict surveillance and active asset protection while maintaining a polished, modest corporate presence that respects the peace of luxury residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high-active security presence, blending elite corporate hospitality with strict access controls to ensure an atmosphere of safe, relaxed luxury.
- Monitor security networks including CCTV, early fire indicators, and integrated multi-point security access lines.
- Inspect and process external delivery workers, property suppliers, and visitor entries smoothly without building lobby disruptions.
- Conduct discreet patrol rounds of parking sectors, perimeter fences, and residential floors.
About You
About You
- Education & Training: certificate or diploma in any field of study. completion of formal security training, law enforcement background, or emergency safety response programs.
- Experience: 2+ years of continuous experience working as a dedicated security officer in an embassy setting, high-end corporate tower, or luxury residential hotel/Hotel apartment, chain Hotels or resorts.
Required Skills
- CCTV & Monitor Oversight: Actively monitoring security camera feeds, split screens, and perimeter alarms for unusual activity.
- Access Control Management: Verifying vendor badges, resident keycards, and elevator access restrictions to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Fire Panel Monitoring: Reading and responding immediately to fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, and water flow indicators
