Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR activities including responding to employee complaints, grievances and inquiries
- Consult and guide line supervisors and the management on employee related issues
- Follow-up on job vacancies and efficiency issues and advise on manpower utilization.
- Follow-up on new hire requests and endure timely filling of vacancies
- Follow-up on employee performance and disciplinary issues and seek corrective solutions
- Ensure that the company HR policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees, and seek corrective solutions whenever disciplinary issues
- Ensure that working hours are respected and are efficiently utilized
- Build a culture of good communication, team spirit and cooperation throughout the company
- Foster smooth employee relation through good employee service, and through timely, fair and consistent response to employee inquiries and demands
- Liaise with relevant departments to handle general administrative matters
- Liaise with relevant government authorities to handle and respond to employee matters
- Prepare correspondence, documents, manuals etc. for external institutions in conformity with company’s policy
- Facilitate timely employee performance evaluation and trigger subsequent actions
- Facilitate employees training and development process with Training and Development Department
- Coordinate the staff recruitment and selection process
- Perform related activities as required
- Make sure employee files and records are kept and maintained, well-organized and updated

Job Requirements
Qualification
- BA Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or Management
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven working experience
- Experience gained within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is a plus
