Job Description

· Under the general direction and supervision of the Chief Executive Officer/CEO/, coordinate and supervise Human Resources Management activities such as recruitment, promotion, transfer, pension, salary and incentive matters, leave administration, attendance, in accordance with rules and procedures of the Company. Participate in the preparation and amendment of personnel and training manuals. Make constant follow-up on disciplinary cases and implements measures accordingly.

   Specific Duties & Responsibilities

·         Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

·         Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

·         Manage the recruitment and selection process

·         Support    current    and    future    business    needs    through    the    development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

·         Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

·         Nurture a positive working environment

·         Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

·         Maintain pay plan and benefits program

·         Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

·         Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics


·         Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

·         Plan, Coordinate and supervise Human Resources Management Service

·         Perform activities such as recruitment, promotion, transfer, pension, salary, incentive matters, leave administration and attendance, in accordance with rules and procedures of the Company.

·         Sort out vacant positions to fill timely by way of transfer or promotion or recruitment as applicable

·         Facilitate staff transfer and job rotation whereby to re-assign the right employees to the right position

·         Conduct and facilitate recruitment of temporary and permanent employees following the proper procedure for vacancy announcement.

·         Undertake training need assessment and identify target group for a specific training programmer

·         Organize and facilitate Company employees training program based on need assessment, prepare reports on the training concluded.

·         Evaluate the outcome of training towards improvement in labor productivity and efficiency.

·         Implement salary increments and bonus as well as other benefit packages as approved by designated body.

·         Review and submit Human resource and training manuals.

·         Make constant follow-up on disciplinary cases and implements measures accordingly.

·         Coach, mentor and evaluate periodically the performances of employees within the Service and make sure that they acquire the necessary skills and training.

·         Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

MA/BA in Management/Business Management/HR Management or other related field

Work Experience

8/6 Years Related Experience, 5 Years in Managerial Position Special  skills

·Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

·      In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
