Job Purpose
The HR Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting and implementing human resource policies, programs, and processes that ensure the company attracts, develops, engages, and retains a productive workforce. The role acts as a key partner to management and employees by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and HR administration.
In a manufacturing environment, the HR Specialist also supports workforce planning, attendance management, health and safety initiatives, and employee engagement activities to promote operational efficiency and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support the execution of HR policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle transactions.
- Assist in payroll input validation and employee benefit administration.
- Generate regular HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal controls.
- Support HR audits and maintain required documentation and records.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department managers to address operational HR needs.
- Drive process improvements and digitization initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
2. Compliance and Labor Law Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
3. Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Monitor performance improvement plans and follow up on development actions.
- Support the implementation of performance management initiatives aligned with business goals.
4. Talent Review and Assessment
- Coordinate talent review sessions with business leaders.
- Manage employee assessments, competency frameworks, and talent mapping activities.
- Analyze talent data to identify strengths, gaps, and development opportunities.
5. Career Development
- Facilitate individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.
- Support career pathing and internal mobility programs.
- Provide guidance on career growth opportunities and development resources.
6. Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
7. Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support leadership development and skills enhancement initiatives.
8. HSE Responsibilities

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Years of Experience: 3 years
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Labor Relations or any other related field. - Language Proficiency: English
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
Preferred Requirements
- Years of Experience: 5 years
- Professional Certificates: International certification from HRCI/SHRM/CIPD is an added advantage.
