About You

Required Skills:

  • BA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, Social Science or related field of study from Recognized University/College with minimum of 6 years of work experience of which 2 years in relevant position.
  • Demonstrate expertise in recruitment and selection processes to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Leverage HRIS and technology tools to optimize HR operations and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough research and data analysis to drive informed HR decisions.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs for employees.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding to ensure smooth integration.
  • Evaluate and improve HR processes based on data-driven insights.
  • Support managers in performance management and employee development discussions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees to enhance engagement.
