About the Job
  • Visit pharmacies, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and other assigned customers regularly.
  • Promote and provide accurate product information about infant milk products.
  • Identify potential customers and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Receive customer orders and follow up on product delivery.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and respond to their inquiries.
  • Monitor product availability, stock levels, prices, and competitor activities.
  • Collect market information and provide regular feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
  • Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer outlets.
  • Follow company sales, distribution, and reporting procedures.
  • Prepare daily sales and customer visit reports.
  • Ensure compliance with infant milk regulations and company policies.
  • Follow ethical marketing practices and company policies when promoting infant nutrition products.
  • Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
About You
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in the field and visit customers regularly.
  • Customer-oriented, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Basic computer and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
